The 5K Forest Run

We have participated with two other locally based charities in a very successful 5k run taking place each September with up to 300 entrants around the scenic setting of Wanstead Park in East London.

Come and join us. There is great tea and cake at the end and a medal is guaranteed. Even better get yourselves sponsored and get into training now. Details of our 2015 event to be posted shortly.
